CAMPAIGN TO WIN YET MORE SEATS ON THE COUNCIL THIS YEAR.

and under the leadership of Ian Smith and Dave Smithson over the last four
years we have gone from strength to strength in Knowsley," said Charles
Kennedy.

and constructive opposition the Lib Dems have played a major part in the
obvious improvements in the Borough during that time and given the chance
to control the Council the people of Knowsley would begin to see the real
benefits the Lib Dems can deliver here as they have next door in Liverpool,"
