| Knowsley South Liberal Democrats
have won international recognition for the design of their web site and
have been awarded Golden Web Award winner 2002-03 status in recognition
of creativity, integrity and excellence on the Web.
Cllr Dave Smithson, who maintains
the web site for the local party, said: "This is a really prestigious award
and one that recognises the work we have undertaken in ensuring the web
site is user friendly, relevant and topical.
"Electronic communication is fast
becoming an integral element of any political party's communications strategy
and we are delighted that Knowsley South is leading the field in this area." |
